Todos Santos

Surf´s up, we have a semi-permanent campsite on the beach of Los Cerritos. 3km of soft sand with a rocky point where the waves break off of. Gorgeous! We took our time coming south hitting two other surf spots, and spending one day in the Bay of Conception in the sea of Cortez. There have been a few nights out, one down to Cabo San Lucus, (full of middle aged gringos getting plastered and making idiots of themselves). Mostly we have had fires on the beach drinking and socializing untill there is no more wood. The moon has been near full this past week, making it bright enough to go for walks without a light.

I got a chance to go on three dives on friday. What an amazing time, I ended up going deaper than what my ticket allows, (almost double the depth) and seeing soft coral forest, moray eal, sea lions, and sea turtles. The second dive we explored an old sunken ship that used to carry illegal immagrints over from China. The third dive was a shallow reef, scorpian and puffer fish were the treat.

Middle of next week we start a slow trek north, stopping at other surf breaks, arriving in Canada in two weeks or so.
