We all seeing mind!

Sitting in a room, looking around. The laughter has died, everyone is thinking. I can almost see the mind waves flowing around their owners' heads.

I don't believe it would be a good thing if we could read people's minds. Thoughts are way to personal to let outsiders view them. Although, it would be fascinating to be able to see the mind working. I imagine there would be streams of light moving around our heads; in and out through the nose, mouth, and ears. As the thought intensified the streams would swirl more, and move faster...

Any other ideas?

Mr. Incredible

What's the difference between showing off, and doing your best at something you are really good at? Why is it negative to be better than someone else in a certain field? And excel in that field, to the top?

Wet Dream

I have a system before going to bed. Have shower, (if needed); brush teeth, (if needed); and have a drink of water. The drinking bit is quite delicate, I try to drink enough to be hydrated through the night, but not too much so I have to visit the favoured room in the middle of the night.

Needless to say one such evening I had enough water to upset the balance. I awoke around four in the morning with an unpleasant build up of liquid in my bladder. The night before I had the same issue, I ignored the urge and didn't sleep for the rest of the night. This morning I was going to be smart. If I went to the special room right away, I could crawl back in my bed and still get some more sleep.

Five minutes later I was quite annoyed to find that I had to go tinkle a second time in the same night. I decided it was still worth the trip down the hall for the comfortable couple of hours that were left to me...AGAIN! What is wrong with me...Two is annoying, yet understandable, Three trips is just insane. Wait one second. I sat up, opened up my eyes, thought for a few seconds. I hadn't made the trip yet. I laughed at my misunderstanding, got up, walked down the hall, spent 30 very rewarding seconds on the john and crawled back into bed for a few more hours of uninturrupted sleep.

People Watching!

When I was growing up my parents always used to tell me not to stare. All my sisters, especially the older ones would constantly remind me to not goggle at passer's bye. I didn't do it all the time. Mostly during the visits to Vancouver, walking down the sidewalk. I couldn't help it, there are so many different types of people out there. I enjoy looking, it is interesting.

Now that I am a little older, people watching is one of my hobbies. What better way to pass the time than sit in a coffee shop, by the window, and look at people as they pass. I am sure that if I lived in the city, I would eventually stop looking. My sister Jessica who has lived in the Van. for a few years now, doesn't look.

I find that you can get a rather good first impression from the way people dress. But then again I have met people that don't really go with their outfit. Or their outfit doesn't really go with them. It's fun to guess sometimes.
